This policy explains what personal data MerchPush collects, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you invite recipients we store the email addresses you provide. When a recipient claims their merch we collect the name, shipping address, and product/size selections they enter — that's what we need to make and deliver their order.
We use this data solely to operate the service: producing and shipping orders, sending order and delivery notifications, billing the sponsoring company, and providing support. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Recipient names and shipping addresses are shared with our print-and-fulfilment partner, Printful, so orders can be produced and delivered. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers. We may also share data where required by law.
We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You can request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and pending drops.
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
