You must own, or have explicit permission to use, every logo, mark, image, and design you submit. Uploading content that infringes another party's trademark, copyright, or other rights is prohibited.
All designs are subject to review. We may decline or remove any design we believe may infringe a third party's rights or violate these terms, at any time and without prior notice or liability.
If you believe content on MerchPush infringes your rights, contact us with details of the work and the allegedly infringing design, and we will investigate and act as appropriate.
